Discover more about this tour

There’s a reason why writers like Hemingway and Fitzgerald lived in the Latin Quarter, and this intimate group tour will make that painfully clear. This 2.5 hour small group tour welcomes up to 10 people. We start with a visit inside the Notre-Dame Cathedral followed by a charming walk through the Latin Quarter and pair you with one of our attentive, dynamic guides who will share the stories that make this district so memorable.

Our family recently visited Paris and we booked two half day tours with Babylon. Both were fantastic. Louvre Must see masterpieces. Lucia was our guide - she was personable and so knowledgeable. The tour only goes in the public spaces for the Louvre, but Lucia knew the best way to navigate the buildings and we were able to see so much more than we would have simply on our own. She kept our thirteen year old daughter engaged. We did a fair amount of walking, but it was easy. Notre Dame and Latin Qtr - Lilly was our guide, and, again we were blessed. Lilly was wonderful and we learned so much about the cathedral and the Latin quarter. A good bit of walking but so worth it! Our daughter was a little less thrilled with the Latin Qtr, but she has not studied Hemingway, Joyce, Fitzgerald yet. In the coming years, I know she will value this experience.

We booked the small group tour. It turned out we were the only ones for that day. The guide "Lilly" was amazing. Her depth of knowledge seemed endless. She spoke perfect English which made the trip even more enjoyable. She took us to out of the way special places in the Latin quarter. This tour was well worth every penny and is easily 5 stars. We highly recommend the small group tours, they are very personal.

My husband and I did two of the walking tours in one day. Both were to include no more than five people. On each tour, my husband and I were the only participants. The first tour was with Filipa around the Latin Quarter and surrounding area of Paris. Filipa is very knowledgable about the area and such a nice person. Our second tour was of the highlights of the Louvre with Amanda. She, too, was very knowledgable about the history of the Louvre, as well as the artwork. I highly recommend Babylon Tours.
